合衆客家酿豆腐 Hup Chong Hakka Yong Dou Foo

合衆客家酿豆腐 Hup Chong Hakka Yong Dou Foo

Located in Toa Payoh where some of the famous food place such as Creamier. This small stall serve good Hakka Yong Tau fu in this area. Lots of variety of food await customers to choose. During lunch hours or weekend, the queue is long too. No need self service, the staff will bring it to you.

$3.60 - For 6 ingredients + choice of either Bee Hoon or Yellow noodle. Soup is tasty and the ingredients are fresh. What i like is the beans that are added into the soup which enhance the taste alot. As most of the Yong Tau Fu stalls rely on either basic soup base with MSG or some better ones use ingredients, such as fish bone to cook the soup base, using beans to cook for the soup is actually healthier and tastier. I like the ngoh niang this stall serve. Strong prawn taste when you bite it and the 2nd bite just taste better.

Recommended to try.

Verdict: 3.4 / 5
